Stay clear of this charger at all expense, as one more reviewer stated, it is most certainly wired incorrectly. When I inserted the charger into the helicopter, the blades began to spin even even though the helicopter was in the off position. I then smelled smoke....coming from my laptop or computer. This beautiful little charger shorted out two of my USB ports on my laptop leaving a beautiful burnt smell. Be aware DO NOT Purchase Stars
I am disappointed, this item fits my RC helicopter, it glows to show it is charging, but the helicopter does not charge. the seller was prompt and courteous and the item was received easily. I believed it was a problem with my usb port and attempted it in 3 diff slots on my laptop and desktop and even a wall charger. I was not in a position to get my helicopter to charge with this cable.
In hind-sight, I would take into account a difficult-wired wall charger rather of this item.
